We were proud to have been included in the CAMRA 2007 GOOD BEER GUIDE, and as an ELGOODS pub, offer a good range of ELGOODS beers,  including CAMBRIDGE BITTER, which was voted CHAMPION BITTER OF GREAT BRITAIN , at the 2006 GREAT BRITISH BEER FESTIVAL,along with regular guest beers from breweries including: BANKS & TAYLOR, BATEMANS, BELVOIR, BLACK SHEEP, CASTLE ROCK, CROUCH VALE, EVERARDS, HIGHGATE, LANCASTER, MARLOW, MARSTONS, MAULDONS, NETHERGATE, NORTH YORKSHIRE, HAMBLETON,  RINGWOOD,  ST. AUSTELL, TITANIC, WADWORTH, YORK,  JENNINGS, FULLERS, WHITE HORSE, and many others. 

Public Bar area comprises 50" plasma for televised live sport. 

Dart board for inter pub/club matches and juke box.

We also hold an Open Mic night 3rd Tuesday of the month

Our opening times are: From 10.00 am every day including Sunday.  We do not state closing times as we have a full 24 hour licence although we do not allow entry after 10.30 p.m. except under certain circumstances, and of course for guests staying in our B&B.
